Directions For Use
- Treat for mildew and algae growth
using a solution of bleach and water.
- Mix 1 part of Surface Prep with 7
parts of clean, fresh water.
- Thoroughly saturate the substrate
to be coated with Surface Prep.
- Use stiff brush to thoroughly
scrub Surface Prep into substrate.
- Rinse with clean, fresh water.
- Pressure washing is highly
recommended.
Coverage:
Coverage will depend on porosity of the substrate being cleaned.
Normal use indicates a rate of 50-75 Square feet per gallon of
diluted Surface Prep.
Safety Information:
When using this product, eye protection, rubber gloves and long
sleeved shirts should be worn for protection.
Caution:
Contains Trisodium Phosphate. This product is injurious to eyes
and causes skin irritation. Avoid eye contact and prolonged contact
with skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. If eye contact occurs,
flush with water for 15 minutes. Contact physician immediately.
